Learning is a continuous process at ADVIK. It begins with orientation of the new employee while joining, and continues through various initiatives. We are committed to the constant improvement of employees as well as processes. The management framework includes frequent dialogues and in-depth reviews among leaders, managers, and employees. These processes help in identifying an individual's current strengths, potential, opportunities for improvement.

Continuous improvement through various initiatives helps to enhance the effectiveness of the processes. Training needs are identified at unit and organisation levels. Internal and external trainers organize training sessions. We also sponsor employees for workshops, seminars, and conferences arranged by leading training institutes.
