With our diversified global manufacturing operations, we aim to enhance product quality through qualified, and competitive purchasing from suppliers around the world. All procurement activities are routed centrally through our Sourcing department. All our suppliers undergo thorough evaluation along with detailed audits to ensure compliance with our quality and sustainability standards and ethics policies.

To achieve the growth target a strong and capable supplier base is a must. Our vendor excellence program DISHA aims to help suppliers become future ready for coping with increasing volumes and increasing quality expectations. As a part of this initiative, we implement the TPM Methodology at Selected Suppliers to help them enhance their capabilities to become the most globally competitive source. DISHA includes all aspects of supply chain management, such as daily quality status review, customer complaint monitoring, and management, problem identification through root-cause analysis, OEE monitoring, and supplier development activities.
